Water isn't everything for good health but . . . when you consider it's the first thing we take into our bodies to sustain life . . . after air . . . it's pretty important. You body can live without food for about 5-weeks but only survive for about 5-days without water before it starts shutting down. Knowing that, you simply need to ask yourself "I'm I hydrating enough and what kind of water am I drinking?" Sports drinks? Wine? Beer etc? Think again because it's not the same as drinking good, clean water.
